Getting oriented in The Smokey Mountains

Howdy…..things are going great.  Weather is sunny and today the temperature was up to 21C (shorts weather yeahhhh).  Yesterday we got groceries and we figured  it costs about 20% more than home.  Jerry made some chicken soup yesterday so that will do us for our dinners for awhile..hehe.  We took our bikes off the rack and they needed cleaning and oiling and then off to a trail we went.  Well, I did a lot of walking with my bike..hehe…very hilly here; not a place for bikes for sure.   Today Jerry got his run in, and we did a 4 mile walking trail in The Smokey Mountains.  We went to Sevierville to take a picture with Dolly Parton’s statue, in her home town, Sevierville (only 15 minute drive from here).  We also decided today on what shows we are going to buy tickets for…we chose:  Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede and Smoky Mountain Opry.

Chat later....xoxo
